1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We ship internationally from our warehouse in Singapore. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. All delivery times are business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

  • Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days to major destinations

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the weight of your package, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time

5. Package Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking website. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to activate after you receive the notification.

6. Address Accuracy & Insurance

Insurance: All orders are automatically insured for loss or damage during transit for their full value. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will initiate a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
