Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return as detailed below. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 10 days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-returnable,” or similar designations are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless they are defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Once you have received the RMA number and shipping instructions, you may send your return to the provided address.
3. Return Condition
All items being returned must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories, documentation, or free gifts. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing original components will not be accepted for return.
4. Eligibility for Refund
We only offer refunds for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from the description provided on our website. Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item to verify the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds in the following cases: if you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product or size, or if the product was damaged due to factors outside of our control after delivery (e.g., mishandling by the shipping carrier not reported immediately). In such instances, we may, at our discretion, offer a return for store credit, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
6. Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, the funds will be issued as a credit to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
